Cet hiver, le grand arbre de la cour du musée de la Vie Romantique a été élagué, son feuillage sera plus discret.
Aujourd’hui, c’est le printemps. Il fait nuit, le musée est fermé. Caroline a vu Jean fermer les portes et s’en aller. Il reviendra demain. Le musée ouvre à 10h. Juste avant d’éteindre la lumière, Caroline regarde la cour pavée où vont et viennent les ombres des amours d’antan.
Aux beaux jours, Georges Sand, Chopin, Sarah Bernard, Lamartine, Ary Scheffer, et bien d’autres sortiront la nuit réveiller leurs passions.
Cet été, Caroline sera aux premières loges.

RépondreSupprimerIn San Francisco, on the northwest corner of the city, away from downtown, there is a marvelous museum-- The Palace of the Legion of Honor. In front of the museum is a large bronze of "The Thinker". Almost 60 years ago She and I would stop there to watch the fog roll in to make the building glow. I often thought of the artists whose work was inside. It is a good memory of a perfect time. Oh, there I go again. Your writing makes me think of being 20 again.
